Let's! TV Play Dragon Ball Z × One Piece: Battle Taikan Gomu Gomu no Kamehameha was released by Bandai in Japan in 2008 as a video game system designed to connect directly to a television. For the first time in this series it brought together characters from Dragon Ball Z and One Piece and used two small sensors worn on the fingers to transfer hand movements into the game, allowing attacks such as the Kamehameha or Luffy’s techniques to be performed. Unlike the 2005 Dragon Ball Z model, it also incorporated a microphone into the console itself: the player could speak the names of characters and techniques to activate certain attacks and combined actions. The games were built into the machine, with no cartridges or discs required.
