Atari 2600 CX-2600A is a revision of the original VCS. It retains the 6507/TIA architecture that made the system a benchmark of the second generation, but physically rearranges the console’s switches. It is an example of the 2600’s long industrial evolution, remaining in production through multiple redesigns.
