Sinclair QL was a British computer introduced in 1984 and aimed at a more professional market than the ZX Spectrum. It incorporated a Motorola 68008, 128 KB of RAM and the multitasking QDOS operating system. Its most unusual feature was its two built-in Microdrive units, which stored programs on small magnetic-tape cartridges.
