QGH-78 was an LCD handheld marketed under names such as Game Child and Game Kid. Although its case imitated the appearance of the Game Boy, it did not use conventional cartridges: each game was contained in an interchangeable module incorporating its own LCD screen, while the main unit provided the controls, power and sound.
