Blaze Entertainment released Evercade VS in 2021 as the first home console in the Evercade family. Unlike the original 2020 handheld, it was designed to connect to a television and has two slots for Evercade cartridges, allowing compatible physical collections for the platform to be used. It supports up to four players through its USB ports and provides video output at up to 1080p. The “EverSD” designation of this unit refers to an accessory or modification outside the original commercial concept; historically, Evercade VS was conceived around Blaze’s official licensed cartridges.
