Epoch TV Tennis Electrotennis was released exclusively in Japan in 1975 and is recognised as the first Japanese home video game console. Its most striking feature was its connection to the television: instead of using a conventional video cable, it transmitted the signal by UHF to a receiver connected to the TV.
