Blaze Entertainment released Taito Super Pocket in 2023 as part of the new Super Pocket family from HyperMegaTech, a brand belonging to Blaze. It is a compact handheld dedicated to retro gaming that incorporates Taito titles in memory while also retaining a slot compatible with physical Evercade cartridges. This combination allows the machine to be used directly with its built-in selection and its catalogue to be expanded through Evercade collections. The Taito edition differs from the Capcom edition in its selection of games and decoration, but both share the same concept of a simple, self-contained handheld connected to Blaze’s cartridge ecosystem.
