Bally Astrocade was an American console released in 1978, initially as the Bally Professional Arcade. Based on a Zilog Z80 processor, it used ROM cartridges and stood out for its advanced graphics and sound capabilities. It included two built-in games and two built-in programs, and later could use BASIC, bringing it closer to the concept of a home computer as well.
